About the Role
As Research and Education Manager Benelux, you will lead and shape all clinical research activities across the Benelux region, playing a key role in driving innovation, market access, and long‑term research partnerships. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the impact of research investments and translate scientific insights into meaningful clinical and educational outcomes.
This role combines research leadership, strategic thinking, and people management, offering the opportunity to influence regional and global strategy while remaining closely connected to clinical practice and education.
What You Will Do
Lead the Benelux clinical research strategy in alignment with EMEA and global priorities
Manage Investigator Initiated Research and other clinical research models to support product launches and lifecycle activities
Build and maintain strong partnerships with leading clinicians, researchers, and institutions
Translate research outcomes into impactful professional education (e.g. webinars, digital learning platforms)
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Clinical, Market Access, Commercial, and EMEA teams
Oversee research budgets, long‑term planning, and external funding opportunities
Share research insights internally and externally through presentations, publications, and education initiatives
Lead, coach, and develop team members in line with company values and behaviours
What You Bring
Proven experience in clinical or scientific research, ideally within audiology, medical devices, or hearing implants
Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing research projects, budgets, and partnerships
Ability to translate complex scientific data into practical, educational, and business‑relevant insights
Fluency in Dutch and English, French
Master's degree in Audiology, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field
PhD preferred
Clinical experience and exposure to research grant applications are considered strong advantages
