General Manager

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, offering the flexibility of combining on-site work with remote working arrangements. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategic planning, and business development to drive continued excellence in performance and innovation. Day-to-day responsibilities may include managing cross-departmental teams, ensuring operational efficiency, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture that aligns with the team's values and long-term goals. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the team's adherence to compliance and industry standards.
Qualifications
Leadership and team management experience, with strong organizational and people management skills.
Strategic planning, business development, and financial management expertise.
Experience in operations management and process optimization to enhance overall efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Understanding of the automotive or motorsport industry is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in using relevant software tools for analysis, reporting, and project management.
Proven ability to work independently while balancing in-office and work-from-home responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
