Position Overview Role: Project Management Intern – Support to Project Management Team Contract: Full-time, Contrat d'immersion professionnelle (CIP) Start date: As soon as possible Duration: 6 months Location: On-site in Brussels (EU quarter) You will join our Project Management Team, providing hands-on support to ensure the timely delivery of communication and event projects primarily for the European Commission. We deliver campaigns, stakeholder engagement and events — mainly for European institutions — in areas such as sustainability, youth, citizen participation, and international cooperation. Discover our values and projects at What You Will Do As part of the Project Management Team, you will support the coordination and implementation of several communication and event projects for EU clients. Your tasks will include: Tracking timelines and supporting coordination across project components Preparing meeting notes, reports, agendas, and draft deliverables Assisting with internal quality checks and compliance for visual and editorial content Helping manage shared inboxes and project coordination platforms Liaising with external service providers (e.g. designers, translators, printers) Supporting the implementation of communication strategies (e.g. content briefs, social media, event logistics) Working on different EU contracts. What We Are Looking For Master's degree in Project Management, Communication, EU Affairs, or related field Fluent in English and French (C1 minimum); additional EU languages are an asset First experience (internship or more) in a coordination or support role – ideally in an EU/institutional or agency setting Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong command of digital collaboration tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Proactive, curious, and a good communicator Comfortable working on multiple tasks with varying priorities Bonus: interest in AI tools that support content, research, or productivity How to Apply Please fill the following form: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until 27 February.
