Key Duties
Assist Senior Engineer to supervise in-house renovation and facility improvement projects including but not limited to office fit-outs, toilet refurbishments and canteen renovation.
Execute the projects with a value for money, efficient and effective program in conjunction with stakeholders to ensure technical and operational feasibility.
Execute the project plan to track progress and costs, minimize project risks and minimize the impact on operations, maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Take appropriate measures to ensure sustainability, green terminal strategy and achieve full compliance with the relevant in-house rules, statutory regulations, and ISO standards.
Coordinate with consultant, supervise contractors and vendors to deliver quality of work for the projects, within program and budget.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
5 years' relevant engineering or project experience.
Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Candidate with a relevant higher diploma and 7 years' work experience will also be considered.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good command of English and Chinese.
