YOU WILL VIBE WITH US As the Event Manager, you will own and scale our events and community programs across Belgium and Luxembourg, fostering a strong client community, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships. Your goal is to position our brand as the trusted HR companion to People leaders, HR professionals, and C-suite stakeholders, while managing key internal business-related events such as Customer Experience Day and product launches. Core Objectives: Community: Launch and grow a high-value HR community in Belgium and Luxembourg (peer roundtables, advisory circles, local meetups, digital forums) that drives repeat engagement, advocacy, and brand affinity. Acquisition: Generate qualified pipeline from events and partnerships (owned, co-hosted, and sponsored) aligned to go to market campaigns. Nurture: Design and execute event-led nurture and education programs that increase product adoption, expand accounts, and improve retention (face to face event or webinars). Positioning: Establish our thought leadership as an HR companion through localized content, partnerships with HR associations, and consistent executive presence. More specifically, you will be responsible for: Implement impactful annual events calendar, working collaboratively with Go to Market and Sales teams, to support new and existing business growth goals. Build and run a recurring HR companion program (roundtables, customer advisory boards...) focusing on practical HR themes: compliance and labor law updates, employee experience, engagement and wellbeing, HR analytics, change management, and talent development. Lead on event planning for customer-facing events and webinars aligned with marketing campaigns and sales approach, as internal business-related events. Manage end-to-end event logistics for owned and sponsored customer events: provide the different briefing to internal communication and brand team, as external agency; ensure a proper follow-up by sales team with the creation of dedicated campaigns in the CRM. Manage end-to-end digital events: set up the platform configuration, pre and post activation Work closely with the Content Manager to develop compelling event content across a range of formats (e.g., keynotes, presentations, panel discussions). Manage event budgets, invoicing processes (contracts, purchase orders creation). Manage key stakeholders and supplier relationships, including negotiating with suppliers. Provide post-event reporting to the Go to Market team. Manage partnerships with local HR associations, chambers of commerce, industry bodies, and universities to co-create events and expand reach. Ensure all event data, communications, and processes comply with EU GDPR and local regulations, champion accessibility, inclusion, and sustainability best practices in event design. Track and optimize performance benchmarks for Belgium and Luxembourg (registration, attendance, conversion, repeat engagement), and continuously test new formats (breakfast briefings, micro-workshops, executive dinners, hybrid webinars). WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication, event management, or a related field. You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B event marketing or field marketing. Experience in HRTech, SaaS, or professional services is a plus. You have proven success planning and executing multi-format events in Belgium and Luxembourg, with strong vendor and venue networks. You are an expert in end-to-end event management and operations: budgets, contracts, logistics, run-of-show, speaker management, sponsorships. You possess strong content and program design skills. You are able to craft agendas that deliver practical value for HR leaders and drive commercial outcomes. You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You are able to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product marketing, and leadership. You speak fluently French and Dutch and have a strong professional level in English. You feel comfortable operating bilingual events and content. You have a strong interest in the HR and employment landscape (and ideally are familiar with it) in Belgium and Luxembourg. Location: Brussels (Auderghem) A stimulating position within a dynamic organization that focuses on technological innovation to enhance workers' purchasing power. The opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week with your manager's approval, including a homeworking allowance of 115€.
