Senior SAP CO Consultant – S/4HANA Transformation (Manufacturing focus)
We are looking for a Senior SAP CO Consultant to join a major global program transitioning decentralized ECC systems to a centralized S/4HANA environment. This is a high-impact role requiring a specialist who understands the deep integration between Controlling and Manufacturing processes.

Location: Antwerp / Brussels (Hybrid: Min. 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: Initial contract until end of 2025 (Potential extension to 2027)
Start Date: ASAP
The Role As a Senior Consultant in the Controlling stream, you will lead the end-to-end CO implementation. You will be responsible for designing and documenting the blueprint, architecture, and conceptual models. A primary focus of this role is ensuring robust integration with FI, MM, and PP, specifically regarding inventory valuation and variance handling in a complex manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead CO Implementation: Drive end-to-end S/4HANA CO processes within a global transformation program.
Cross-Domain Integration: Ensure seamless alignment between Controlling and Manufacturing (MM/PP) and Finance (FI).
Blueprint & Design: Design and document the CO architecture, conceptual models, and technical specifications.
Process Optimization: Analyze and refine Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Inventory & Valuation: Take ownership of inventory valuation strategies and variance handling logic.
Support: Manage change requests and tickets as part of the broader project workload.
Requirements
7–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP CO projects.
Proven track record in E2E SAP CO implementations and cross-domain integration.
Strong functional expertise in Inventory Valuation and Variance Handling.
Deep experience in structured documentation and blueprinting.
Technical proficiency in debugging is highly preferred.
Experience with custom-built and template-based SAP environments.
Language: Fluent English (Spoken/Written). French is a strong asset; Dutch is preferred for local site interaction.
