ERP Pharmaceutical Officer
Description
As a ERP Pharmaceutical Officer, you provide operational support to production activities within a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You work closely with Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure that batch documentation, materials, and processes are compliant with GMP and documentation standards, while supporting efficient and right-first-time production.
What will you do?
Ensure timely availability of blank batch records issued by the Quality department in line with the production planning
Ensure availability of packaging case labels required for production
Collect completed batch records after production and verify completeness before transferring them to the Quality department
Collaborate with the Production Supervisor and Quality to manage anomalies identified during batch record review
Support corrections related to consumption discrepancies in the ERP system in collaboration with Production, Logistics, and Quality to ensure compliant component traceability (CTO)
Support production objectives while ensuring compliance with GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Participate in performance indicator follow-up and continuous improvement initiatives
Propose and support CAPAs to reduce errors and increase right-first-time results
Participate in projects impacting the production environment (e.g. software updates, new tools) and support their implementation on the shop floor
Who are you?
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
1-2 Years of experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated production environment
Good knowledge of GMP / cGMP regulations
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
Fluent in French (spoken and written); basic knowledge of English is a plus
Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset
Structured, detail-oriented, and well organized
Critical thinker with a strong team spirit
