About the Company
We are a subsidiary of a diversified Asia‑listed group, currently preparing for the spin‑off listing of part of our business on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).
Our operations span premium brand management, distribution of international beauty labels, and strategic real estate investments.
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead group consolidation, financial reporting, and spin‑off listing readiness.
Role Summary
Lead group consolidation, financial reporting, and spin‑off listing preparation to ensure compliance and support long‑term business growth.
Report to the Group Financial Controller and coordinate with auditors, advisors, and legal counsel for listing‑related audits and due diligence.
Manage consolidation and reporting cycles in compliance with IFRS and HKEX requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Report to the Group Financial Controller and support the spin‑off listing project team.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end group financial consolidation.
Prepare IPO‑ready consolidated financial statements, reports, and accounting schedules in compliance with HKEX and IFRS requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, financial advisors, and legal counsel for audits and spin‑off due diligence.
Conduct operational and financial analyses for management and advisors.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, Hong Kong Listing Rules, and internal control frameworks.
Ideal Candidates
Member of HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional body.
5+ years experience in group consolidation and reporting, preferably with spin‑off or IPO exposure; candidates with solid experience in Hong Kong listed companies will also be suitable.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS consolidation and group restructuring.
Experience in listed companies or Big 4 audit firms with IPO‑related projects is an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and cross‑functional collaboration skills in both English and Chinese.
