Job Offer – Business Development & Account Manager (EU Institutions)

To strengthen our EU Institutions division, we are looking for an experienced Business Development & Account Manager who will manage both the growth and delivery lifecycle of IT Framework Contracts with EU bodies.
This combined role covers both business development and account management responsibilities. Manage opportunities, proposals, and consortium collaborations under Framework Contracts.
Act as the primary point of contact for EU clients, partners, and internal teams.
You will directly contribute to expanding Aricoma’s footprint in IT services FwCs , especially Time & Means engagements, covering areas such as software development, cybersecurity, consulting, infrastructure, and operations.
Business Development
Identify, qualify, and track opportunities within EU Institutions under existing and future Framework Contracts.
Coordinate responses to Requests for Services (RfS) , Specific Contracts , and mini-tenders.
Engage with consortium partners and manage teaming arrangements.
Negotiate commercial conditions and support pricing strategies.
Analyse FwC trends and maintain pipeline forecasts.
Account Management
Manage daily communication with EU clients for ongoing services and consultant assignments.
Oversee onboarding, administrative documentation, contract modifications, and extensions.
Maintain strong relationships with consultants and provide proactive support.
Coordinate with HR, Delivery, and Recruitment teams to ensure availability of required profiles.
Monitor service quality and identify new opportunities for upselling or improved engagement.
Strong knowledge of IT Framework Contracts , EU procurement procedures, and T&M delivery.
Experience in both Business Development and/or Account/Project Management roles.
Fluent in English (French is an asset).
