Packaging Technologist

We're looking for a Packaging Technologist to take a leading role in the PT&D packaging portfolio, driving Oral Solid Dose packaging development.

Working at the intersection of development, manufacturing, and commercial operations, you will deliver robust, sustainable, and standardized packaging solutions in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Experience with tablets and capsules, along with the ability to switch smoothly between projects, is essential to succeed in this role.

Your mission:

• Updating and harmonizing procedures and work instructions to reflect new standards.
• Defining and implementing standard processes and visual controls at the line, ensuring operator adoption and training handover.
• Executing change controls end-to-end, including impact assessments, documentation, and go-live coordination.
• Implementing improvements on the shopfloor, removing blockers, aligning stakeholders, and verifying effectiveness through routine performance checks.
• Coordinating validation readiness and operational start-up tasks tied to project go-lives (e.g., batch record readiness, equipment/IT usage instructions, and user readiness).
• Progress reporting via tier meetings and ensuring deliverables meet cGMP and standards.

What about you:

• Hands-on mentality with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Familiarity with API compounding, DS manufacture, and aseptic filling
• Experience with tablets and capsules
• Solid understanding of cGMP, and strong cross-functional communication
• Fluent in English
