Develop and implement standard operating procedures consistent with brand and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards. Conduct regular inspections and maintain impeccable attention to detail throughout all areas of the property. Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations. Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships efficiently and sustainably. Support pre-opening and refurbishment projects as required, ensuring smooth transitions and operational excellence. Actively engage in guest feedback and quality audits, translating insights into continuous improvement actions. Candidate Profile Proven experience as Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper within an international luxury hotel or resort environment. Inspirational leadership style — approachable, engaging, and able to unite multicultural teams through motivation and example. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on and proactive attitude. Meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of luxury brand standards. Fluent French (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is highly desirable. Impeccable personal presentation, discretion, and emotional intelligence. Strong analytical, planning, and time management abilities under pressure.
