What will this role achieve?
· Commercialisation covers 4 key areas: process enablement, cross-functional integration, risk mitigation and project portfolio consolidation.
· This exciting role is responsible for the delivery, process and governance of projects. The project manager will manage required input from all functions prior to and where relevant during the commercialisation process to ensure eloquent information is provided to enable clear decision making.
· The role holder is responsible for the delivery of Innovation projects to support Godiva growth targets. Compliance of all projects will have to be ensured through the commercialisation Pladis stage and gate process.
· Other initiatives and projects within the role remit to deliver will encompass Brand led projects, and support to supply chain and procurement projects.
What will be your key deliverables?
· Release Product Portfolio for yearly AOP exercise
· Drive innovation & renovation projects through the process currently in place:
o Organise cross functional project kick-off
o Build master timeline with relevant milestones for all channels
o Lead cross functional meetings to track on progress
o Own NPD process to collect all specs and cross functions' approvals
o Brief packaging suppliers to collect costings & specs
o Create production Line forms for costings and pick & pack
o Own Master data accuracy with finance (PLC status and delisting process)
o Centralize product specifications to streamline new customer listing support for sales.
· Manage artwork development process
o Adjust Global Marketing Copy to regional requirements
o Collect all functions' input (Marketing, Design, Regulatory, Packaging Engineer) per packaging component
o Manage artwork validation flow via external platform
o Liaise with suppliers and coordinate prepress process
· Accountable for planning, governance and delivery on time, in full of ongoing NPD projects.
· Reporting on the progress / issues in an accurate and timely manner by highlighting compliance to plan, key issues and risks.
Risk Mitigation:
· Identify projects at risk
· Remove obstacles quickly and efficiently
· Raise awareness when required, providing options, recommendation and impact should a decision be required
· Implement mitigation measures
· Ensure tight control of project scope, action standards and guard rails, with clear approval process through Commercialisation for any change.
· Resolve resource issues through prioritisation process & partner alignment.
· Be a business expert on key project management systems and processes
