Job Description
THE COMPANY :

Manufacturer of buttons, garment trims, and packaging products
Hong Kong: Trading office
Factories: Europe, China, Southeast Asia
Main Customers: International fashion brands and apparel companies
Role Summary
You will independently plan and execute sales and marketing strategies while closely collaborating with buyers and the production team.
This role focuses on understanding customer behavior, driving growth, and ensuring profitability in a competitive global market.
THE JOB :
Meet with buying offices of North American, European, and Asian brands in Hong Kong and Shanghai; build and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities with potential brand clients in Mainland China, Korea, Japan, and other ASEAN countries.
Coordinate with sales teams and management across North America, Europe, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Turkey offices to align strategies and goals.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular analysis reports to senior management.
Analyze market trends and competitors to refine strategies and ensure competitive positioning.
Report to Sales & Marketing Director
Ideal Candidates
Tertiary education
5+ years sales/marketing/client servicing/business development in garment trims / packaging, or related
Strong understanding of global markets and customer behavior.
Proficiency in Excel.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Occassional business trips
