Sales Development Representative (Dutch-speaking)
Circa 50,000 + bonus structure
A fast-growing intelligence and technology company is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its commercial team in Belgium.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will take ownership of generating a qualified sales pipeline and creating strategic opportunities through structured outbound outreach. You will identify prospects, qualify leads, and coordinate high-quality meetings for senior sales and leadership teams.
What You'll Do
Identify and approach relevant prospects in target markets.
Qualify leads and assess their fit for engagement.
Schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales and leadership.
Manage and maintain pipeline data in the CRM.
Follow up consistently and ensure timely next steps.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience.
Professional fluency in Dutch (required) and strong English skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
Structured work habits and consistent follow-up discipline.
Professional, resilient approach to outreach.
Motivation to grow into a closing sales role.
