Sales Manager


ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Sales Manager, you will:

  • Maintain and grow the current business of our Specialty Ingredients by promoting our product portfolio to customers in the Benelux.
  • Proactively develop business with existing and new customers, meeting internal and external targets, and building strong relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the entire Azelis Food & Nutrition team (sales, product managers, lab, and marketing) to enhance customer and supplier connections, increasing profitability and performance in the region.
  • Show passion for food and eagerness to explore new applications for our Specialty Ingredient portfolio.
  • Develop strategies to support Azelis customers in growing their businesses.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the growth, profitability, and sustainability of our business.
  • Drive the creation of new opportunities for Azelis customers.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have technical product knowledge of specialty food ingredients, gained through education or experience, with a strong interest in food.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • You have a commercial mindset and understand customer and market requirements.
  • You focus on building long-term relationships with Azelis customers and colleagues from all departments.
  • You are proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently.
  • You work in a structured and accurate manner and can manage a portfolio of various projects simultaneously.
