An established international organisation is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support the reliability, security, and efficiency of its application landscape. Acting as a bridge between development and infrastructure teams, you will enhance delivery pipelines, improve platform performance, and embed automation across the software lifecycle.
Design, build, and maintain scalable environments that support consistent and rapid application releases
Optimise workflows across build, test, and deployment stages
Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure platform stability and performance
Maintain and enhance automated integration pipelines and version control practices
Oversee configuration and release management in structured, auditable processes
Introduce and enforce security controls throughout development and deployment activities
Analyse system metrics and data trends to proactively address capacity and performance issues
Extensive professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a comparable function
Strong familiarity with modern delivery pipelines, collaboration platforms, and cloud-based infrastructure
Practical knowledge of containerisation, Linux-based systems, messaging services, web servers, and relational databases
Exposure to public cloud platforms and full-stack application environments is advantageous
Comfortable working independently while contributing to cross-functional teams
Solutions-oriented mindset with a strong interest in emerging technologies
Professional working proficiency in English and French; additional European language skills are beneficial
Version control & delivery: Distributed source control platforms, CI/CD tooling, issue tracking, and observability dashboards
Languages & scripting: Python, JavaScript, SQL, and object-oriented frameworks
Infrastructure & services: Reverse proxies, database platforms, search and messaging technologies, high-availability setups
Containerisation & virtualisation: Docker-based orchestration and virtual machine platforms
Networking fundamentals: IP networking, DNS, segmentation, and basic security controls
Operating systems: Linux and Windows
Cloud exposure: Major public cloud providers (desirable)
