Role Objective
Analyse data to generate insights that support strategic real estate portfolio management, including planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Job Duties
Prepare forecast and budget reports for senior management.
Provide actionable insights through data analysis, including time‑series analysis, research, and advanced analytics to support business decision‑making.
Develop and deliver clear data visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI to effectively communicate trends and findings.
Monitor key financial and operational benchmarks (e.g. revenue, unit rent, occupancy, NPI, NAV).
Track retail sales performance and develop monitoring tools to enhance decision-making.
Conduct market research and provide analysis on trends and market intelligence.
Prepare reports and presentation materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics related roles, exopsures in Property or Real Estate industry will be an advantage.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel;
Familiarity with Python (for data analysis), Power BI, or Argus
Strong business acumen and market awareness.
Analytical mindset with attention to details; self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, and financial analysis will be an advantage.
