To strengthen its Group Internal Audit team, Savencia is looking for a
Junior Internal Auditor
at headquarters level in Brussels.

Your Role

Reporting to Group Internal Audit, you will participate in audit missions across the Group's international subsidiaries.

This is a transversal position at the crossroads of
finance, industry, IT, supply chain, purchasing and maintenance
, offering deep exposure to operational realities.

Approximately
50% of your time will be spent on international assignments
.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit Missions

• Participate in operational and financial audit assignments across international subsidiaries
• Assess internal control frameworks and risk management processes
• Analyze industrial and operational processes
• Evaluate governance, compliance and organizational efficiency
• Identify improvement areas and contribute to actionable recommendations

Cross-Functional Exposure

You will work on topics including:

• Finance & controlling processes
• Industrial performance & manufacturing operations
• Supply chain & procurement
• IT systems & data reliability
• Maintenance and operational risk management

Reporting & Follow-up

• Contribute to audit reports and presentations to local and Group management
• Monitor implementation of action plans
• Interact directly with operational and executive stakeholders

Your Profile

Experience

• Up to
  2 years of experience
  (including internships or apprenticeships)
• Audit experience is
  not mandatory
• Background in engineering, business, finance or industrial environments
• Strong interest in industrial and operational topics

Skills

• Analytical mindset
• Structured and rigorous approach
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments

Languages

• Fluent French is mandatory
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Any additional language is a strong asset
