Solution architect


As a Solution Architect at Azumuta, you play a pivotal role in integrating our platform into our customers' broader technology ecosystem. You are the bridge between Azumuta and the customer's eco-stack, driving efficiency, scalability, and long-term value.

With a strong customer-centric mindset, you lead the discovery and design of the right solution for every customer challenge. Leveraging your solution-oriented thinking, deep product knowledge, and excellent communication skills, you deliver an outstanding, hands-on customer experience. You simplify complex technical concepts, guide customers through integrations, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout their journey.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about ensuring customers get the maximum value from our solution.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Simplify technical concepts
    You will drive customer-facing conversations on integrations, positioning the Azumuta ecosystem as a seamless part of their tech stack.

  • Own integrations end-to-end
    Take full ownership of integrations from ideation to execution. Together with Professional Services leadership, define critical paths for current and future integrations. You will lead customer calls and communications related to integration requests at every stage of the Azumuta journey.

  • Build deep product expertise
    Become an expert in the Azumuta platform and use this knowledge to design tailored solutions for each customer. This includes leading hands-on support and implementation tracks when needed.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
    Provide a world-class experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively ensuring customers feel fully supported.

  • Meet customers where they are
    Travel to customer sites in Belgium (and internationally as we grow) when necessary to strengthen relationships and provide tailored, on-site support.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally
    Work closely with Go-To-Market and Product teams to ensure the right solutions are proposed and successfully executed. Act as the voice of the customer when contributing to roadmap discussions and product improvements, with a strong focus on API frameworks.

  • Optimize and improve continuously
    Analyze processes and customer feedback to refine procedures, resources, and support materials for future projects.
