Product Owner – Permanent Role (Hybrid, Ghent)

About the Role
As Product Owner, you'll take ownership of a cross‑functional product roadmap and guide teams through the full lifecycle of delivery. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, translate needs into clear product requirements, and ensure that each increment delivers measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
Define and prioritise the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
Lead delivery of a CRM migration project, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
Drive the execution of three AI‑focused projects, collaborating with data and engineering teams.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
Champion user‑centric thinking and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Experience working on IT transformation projects; CRM experience is highly beneficial.
Exposure to AI, data‑driven products, or machine‑learning initiatives is a strong advantage.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and balance competing priorities.
Stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence.
Finance sector experience is a bonus.
