HR Business Partner


About this Position The HR Business Partner ensures alignment between the business strategy/operations and the HR strategy, practices and objectives. He/ She has a solid understanding of the business strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide decision making. The HR Business Partner provides consulting and coaching to managers in order to support the business' vision, mission, and overall objectives. He/ She delivers a comprehensive and consumer-driven HR service (covering the full employee life cycle), aligning both people's management and business strategies.
1 year fixed-term contract.
What You´ll Do
Reporting to the HR Head BNL, our future HRBP colleague will:
Lead & implement organizational & people strategies (global and local) for a part of the Belgium Business and population.
Evolve in a matrix environment (Corporate HQ HR, Benelux HR Team and Cluster BeNeFrance HR team, and local Belgian stakeholders)
Ensure HR service delivery for the full employee life cycle in corporation with CoE representatives
Lead & implement the Cultural agenda for Belgium in close collaboration with Corporate HR BPs/COEs/Benelux and BeNeFrance HR teams Partner/coach Belgian leaders to facilitate change, act as a catalyst for organizational effectiveness
Build leadership & management capabilities to facilitate a value-driven environment
Drive HR Compliance both from a country legal framework as from a Henkel corporate perspective.
What makes you a good fit
University degree in HR, psychology or related field
5+ years of work experience preferably with a corporate multinational organization
Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented and self-reliant Highly motivated, hands on, stress resistant, flexible with strong character
Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of DE&I principles and experience in driving cultural transformation in a multinational working environment
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Flemish and English. French is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work in a complex matrix organization
Good knowledge of Belgian laws
