Your Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic customer relationships and supporting revenue growth.
  • Developing, implementing, and driving sales plans in collaboration with regional sales management (and potentially supporting Sales Directors).
  • Actively contributing to achieving Global Accounts revenue targets and motivating the sales community to leverage the DEKRA Group's expertise and references for mutual benefit.
  • Managing global opportunities across multiple regions and coordinating proposal preparation in line with the Tender Management process.
  • Overseeing proposal submissions, leading negotiations, closing deals, and securing signatures for new contracts.
  • Proactively identifying global growth opportunities within the GSM customer portfolio.
  • Acting as a bridge between customers and DEKRA to align expectations and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensuring DEKRA is properly referenced for relevant services within customers' procurement systems and that all tenders within DEKRA's areas of expertise are received and addressed in a timely manner.

Your Profile

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification is considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in hunting sales within a technical services environment, ideally including sales and client management of global technical manpower.
  • Experience in international key account management within matrix-structured, multinational organizations is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial, communication, and project management skills across all organizational levels.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop winning sales strategies and proposals.
  • An automotive background with experience in Remarketing, Audit & Coaching services is a strong plus.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and independent professional with strong problem-solving skills and a diplomatic yet assertive approach.
  • Team-oriented with strong networking and collaboration skills in international and cross-functional environments.
