Responsibilities
Lead a multi-disciplinary technical team in managing the operation, maintenance, alteration, refurbishment and renovation of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, availability and cost-effectiveness
Oversee manpower planning, budgeting, safety and quality standards, and management processes to support the delivery of excellent property and technical services
Plan, direct and control all maintenance, renovation and A&A works in full compliance with statutory requirements and corporate safety policies
Requirements
Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Surveying or a related discipline
A minimum 15 years of relevant experience preferred, including at least 8 years at a managerial level
Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem solving capabilities, supported by solid technical expertise
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
