To support the growth of its commercial activities in Belgium, SOA People is expanding its Sales team and is looking for several SAP Sales Executives to develop both SAP services and proprietary SAP solutions. Your role As an SAP Account Manager, you play a central role in building customer relationships and driving revenue growth. You identify new opportunities, develop long-term partnerships and actively contribute to the positioning of SAP consultants, freelancers and SAP solutions. Depending on your profile, your focus will be: SAP Services: selling consulting services and placing internal consultants and freelancers Solutions & Products: selling SOA People's proprietary SAP solutions and add-ons You work closely with delivery, recruitment and management teams to ensure fast, high-quality and customer-oriented responses. Your responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of SAP customers in Belgium Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities Understand customer needs and propose tailored SAP solutions Position internal SAP consultants and freelancers on customer assignments Negotiate commercial terms and close deals Promote SOA People proprietary SAP solutions (depending on the role) Collaborate with delivery, recruitment and sales management teams Build long-term customer relationships Contribute to commercial strategy and market intelligence Proactively report on activities and results Your profile Proven experience in IT / SAP services sales or software solutions sales Strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem Results-driven mindset with strong business development skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to understand technical and business challenges Autonomous, proactive and team-oriented Fluent in English, French and Dutch Why join us?
