Learning & Development Coordinator - Freelancer We're looking for a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support and optimize our training initiatives across the organization. What you'll do Support and implement learning policies and training programs across departments Track learning trajectories and improve training effectiveness Manage training budgets and apply for relevant subsidies Coordinate with training providers, trainers, and internal stakeholders Support daily training planning and L&D administration Handle training requests, travel bookings, and administrative follow-up (attendance lists, certificates) Manage the L&D mailbox and provide first-line support What you bring 3–5 years of experience in HR/Admin or L&D (corporate environment preferred) Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of labor laws and training regulations Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of O365; CSOD experience is a plus Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a major plus Education Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
