(Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Manager, Treasury) You Will Be Responsible For assisting the Treasurer to manage and supervise the treasury operation including cash management, month-end treasury-related financial reporting, internal control and compliance, loan administration, hedge accounting, etc.; assisting the Treasurer on arranging financing and risk management activities including bond issuance, loan financing, FX / interest-rate hedging, etc.; overseeing the implementation of treasury and payment solutions in the District and drive innovation; proficiency in treasury management systems and ERP platforms is preferred for future implementations; overseeing the preparation of treasury reports, cashflow forecasts and long-term financial projections; maintaining professional relationships with banks, regulatory agencies and credit agencies; leading and developing the treasury team members; ensuring the treasury operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; and performing any other duties from time to time as the Authority may reasonably direct. You Should possess a bachelor's degree or above with at least 8 years of professional accounting or finance experience with reputable companies or public bodies; be a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CFA Institute or equivalent; have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; be thorough, diligent, attention to detail, and with a \"can-do\" attitude; be pragmatic with strong drives for results, excellent attention to detail when dealing with corporate funds and managing major contracts; possess good team spirit with professional traits such as strategic-minded, high productivity, determination and business acumen; be able to work independently with self-motivation and performance orientation; and have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
