Our client is a leading global organization in the aviation and logistics sector currently managing a large-scale digital transformation of their maintenance operations. This role involves supporting the worldwide implementation of a specialized maintenance and engineering system by coordinating global training efforts and internal communication workstreams. Coordinate large-scale training programs for over 1,000 users across global entities, including scheduling and resource allocation. Manage role-based training paths and oversee train-the-trainer sessions in collaboration with external vendors. Execute the global communication plan to ensure consistent messaging and project transparency across international teams. Develop high-quality communication materials such as newsletters, program updates, and internal briefings for diverse stakeholders. Support the Program Director with general project coordination, documentation, and follow-up on program tasks. Act as a program ambassador to promote alignment and a shared sense of purpose across multicultural teams. What are we looking for? You have 3+ years of experience in project support, coordination, or PMO roles within complex, international environments. You possess proficiency with Office 365, Teams, and project management tools such as Jira or Zoho. You bring experience working in multicultural and virtual environments with a focus on stakeholder coordination. You're proactive, highly organized, and demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset. You are fluent in English. Nice to Haves Experience within the aviation industry or exposure to aircraft maintenance and engineering systems. Knowledge of German or Spanish. Willingness to utilize Microsoft Copilot and modern media or content creation tools.
