TSE Property Management Company Limited, a subsidiary of Tai Sang Land Development Limited, invites applications for the following position:-
Building Superintendent
Responsibilities
Daily Building Operations & Site Supervision
Security & Emergency Response
CCTV Monitoring, Access Control Record Keeping & Reporting
Requirements
Form 5 or above
Hold a valid SPP
Minimum 3 years' experience in building supervision, preferably in luxury residential properties
Fluent in Cantonese; basic English communications skills preferred
