The Role You will take operational ownership of a well-established equine clinic, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance while working closely with clinical leadership to support outstanding medical standards. Beyond the local remit, you will also play a key role within the Benelux regional structure, collaborating with senior stakeholders including Regional Finance, HR, and Operations to drive cross-clinic initiatives, performance optimisation, and strategic development. Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations Lead and oversee all day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance. Partner with clinical leadership to align operational management with medical and strategic objectives. Drive process optimisation, performance improvement, and KPI monitoring to enhance profitability and client satisfaction. Manage workforce planning, recruitment, team development, and staff scheduling. Oversee facilities, suppliers, inventory control, pharmaceutical compliance, and client escalations. Regional Operations Support and execute cross-clinic operational initiatives in collaboration with the Regional Management Team. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis alongside Regional Finance. Lead or participate in strategic projects including systems implementation and process harmonisation. Develop and implement operational best practices across the regional clinic network. Act as a key liaison between local clinic leadership and regional stakeholders, providing data-driven insights for decision-making. About You At least 3 years of experience in an operational leadership role within equine, veterinary or healthcare environments. Strong business acumen and financial awareness. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Fluency in English and Dutch.
