Our client, a prominent player in the life sciences sector, is looking for a specialist to take full ownership of ventilation and air treatment projects. The role focuses on the end-to-end execution of HVAC systems and clean utilities within a regulated manufacturing environment to ensure operational excellence. Manage HVAC and clean utilities projects from concept through detailed engineering and execution. Coordinate the procurement, installation, and commissioning of air handling units and specialized piping. Develop engineering and validation documentation including P&IDs and functional specifications. Supervise on-site contractors to ensure work aligns with technical standards and safety protocols. Execute qualification and validation activities in strict compliance with GMP and ISO standards. Lead project planning and stakeholder coordination for various Capex initiatives. What are we looking for? You possess a Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field. You bring 3+ years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically focusing on ventilation and air treatment systems. You have a proven track record in the full project lifecycle, including design, construction, and commissioning. You have knowledge of quality and risk management tools such as FMEA and GMP standards. You possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage Capex projects using MS Project. You are proactive, quality-focused, and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. You are fluent in Dutch and English. Nice to Haves Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Knowledge of F-gases legislation and Six Sigma methodologies. Familiarity with control technology for air handling units.
