International Brand Marketeer

About the Role



In this job, you combine strategic planning, cultural insight, and marketing execution to ensure the brand resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining a consistent international identity. Through insight-driven plans, compelling storytelling, and creative execution, you will shape Xandres’ international growth trajectory — with a strong focus on accelerating our presence in the Netherlands and Germany.



Responsibilities



  • Define, together with the management, and execute the international brand strategy to deliver profitable international growth.
  • Shape and maintain a coherent, consistent and relevant brand identity across markets.
  • Monitor consumer trends and behaviours to identify opportunities and adjust messaging accordingly.
  • Grow brand awareness through well-targeted international media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, retail, e-commerce) and local agencies to localize campaigns effectively.
  • Champion the Xandres brand across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead initiatives for product and collection storytelling, new launches, and brand-curated events.
  • Support international wholesales with brand tools, activation plans, and by creating attractive sales events.
  • Track brand performance, making data-driven decisions to refine strategy.



Qualifications



  • Degree in marketing, communication, fashion management or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-market brand campaigns.
  • Experience in managing the German market from a brand perspective.
  • Solid knowledge of media, digital marketing, CRM, social media, and PR strategies.



Required Skills



  • Brings minimum 5 years of experience in international brand marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
  • Has a deep understanding of branding, visual communication, and consumer psychology.
  • Thinks strategically and acts hands-on.
  • Combines creativity with analytical thinking.
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understands how to balance global brand consistency with local relevance.
  • Is highly collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Has experience working with media management.
  • Has experience in an omnichannel environment (retail, digital, wholesale).
  • Is fluent in English. German is a plus.



Preferred Skills



  • Experience in managing the German market from a brand perspective.



Pay range and compensation package



  • Permanent contract (39h/week).
  • Monday-Friday.
  • Address HQ: Nijverheidsstraat 20, 9070 Destelbergen (Great Ghent area).
  • Hybrid working: two days per week.
  • Training courses and evolution talks to focus on your personal growth.
  • Annual staff parties and events.
