Position: Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Work with users and stakeholders to identify and document functional and technical requirements for IT projects.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support strategic decision-making.
- Analysis and Modeling: Use modeling techniques to analyze requirements and propose suitable solutions..
- Solution Development: Develop and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with management teams, end-users, and developers to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs.
- Implementation and Monitoring: Assist in implementing new solutions and monitor their performance to ensure effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master Degree.
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of information systems and software development processes.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Ability to present complex data in an understandable way and make clear strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to design and implement effective prioritization solutions.
- Fluent in French and English, dutch is an asset.
