User Interface and visual Web Designer

Brayton Global is currently looking for a User Interface and visual Web Designer for our client based in Brussels, Belgium (hybrid work).

DESCRIPTION

Description of tasks

• Preparing, reviewing and publishing materials (e-newsletter, articles, blog posts).
• Web content editing:
• Planning, researching, drafting, coding, testing, publishing, and reviewing.
• Proofreading new content and focusing on readability and usability of the content.
• Web design:
• Creating the layout of the website, illustrations, visuals, banners, infographics, data visualisations and dashboards.
• Feedback and analytics monitoring to improve content and user experience.
• Manage online collaborative tools.

Languages, knowledge and technical skills

• Good oral and written command of English is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of digital environment.
• Experience in web content editing and web design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design best practices.
• Strong command of the languages and software used to create and edit websites, such as: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Wix, Dreamweaver, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Proficient use of MS Office & MS 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Knowledge in Web Accessibility is a plus.
