On behalf of our client, a major player in the real estate sector, we are currently looking for an IFRS & Consolidation Analyst to join their Brussels office.

This position offers a strategic role within a dynamic environment where financial expertise directly supports business decisions and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Solvency II standards
• Participate in the full consolidation cycle, from data collection to quality control, reporting to the Consolidation Manager
• Continuously improve consolidation processes, tools, and methodologies
• Provide IFRS support for specific transactions (investments, divestments, real estate operations)
• Collaborate closely with operational and support departments to develop a deep understanding of real estate and financial activities

Profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IFRS consolidation and/or audit of IFRS consolidated accounts, with a strong interest in consolidation
• Strong interest in accounting analysis of transactions and complex financial mechanisms
• Fluent in French and Dutch, with good command of English
• Excellent Excel skills and willingness to explore new digital tools
