Event Project Manager


Globall Concept is looking for a Dutch-speaking Event Project Manager


Globall Concept is a Belgian company that has specialized for nearly 30 years in the creation and production of festive decorations and lighting. In this context, Globall Concept is now looking for a Project Manager dedicated to Dutch‑speaking projects. You will be responsible for full project management, from feasibility studies to operational follow‑up on site — with a key role in both internal and external coordination.


Your mission

As a Project Manager, you oversee your projects from A to Z. You act as the central point of contact between internal teams (studio, sales, logistics), subcontractors, municipalities, and Dutch‑speaking partners.


Global Project Management & Coordination

  • Manage projects from start to finish design, planning, preparation, operational follow‑up, and post‑project review.
  • Develop project concepts in collaboration with internal teams: product selection, spatial layout, graphic briefings, and technical preparation.
  • Conduct feasibility analyses (access, technical constraints, anchor points, electrical connections).
  • Build and monitor budgets (materials, transportation, labor, equipment, subcontracting).
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments: sales, studio, planning, logistics, warehouse.
  • Translate Dutch‑speaking client requests into clear and actionable instructions for internal teams.
  • Organize and supervise technical visits, installations, and dismantling — sometimes with flexible hours during peak season.
  • Supervise internal and external teams, build a reliable network of subcontractors, and ensure compliance with quality standards.



Project Organization & Administration

  • Structure all stages of the project: timeline, priorities, resources, tracking tools.
  • Prepare all necessary documents: briefings, schedules, equipment lists, technical sheets, reports.
  • Maintain accurate and transparent project administration to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Master internal tools (software, databases, planning systems) and ensure their continuous updating.
  • Guarantee efficient administrative coordination between partners, suppliers, and internal teams to avoid operational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure clear, professional communication adapted to stakeholders, primarily Dutch‑speaking.


Your profil


  • Full professional proficiency in Dutch — you will manage projects carried out exclusively in Flanders and The Netherlands.
  • Good level of English. French is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and a global end‑to‑end project vision.
  • Proven experience in project management (1–3 years).
  • Structured, proactive, solution‑oriented personality, able to make decisions and coordinate multiple teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, seasonal context, with flexibility during installation periods.
