You will be involved in a broad range of employment-related matters, including:
Advising Belgian and international clients on individual and collective employment law issues
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and internal regulations
Handling dismissals, restructurings, and workforce reorganisations
Assisting clients with pensions & benefits-related questions
Monitoring legislative developments and translating them into pragmatic legal advice
Collaborating closely with colleagues across other practice areas
Experience: Around 3–5 years' experience in Employment Law (law firm background)
Languages: Fluent Dutch, solid knowledge of French, and excellent English
Qualifications: Belgian Master of Laws
