ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client an IT Service Management Consultant (F/M/X)
Context
The IT governance and processes framework needs to be structured within the IT department. Therefore the governance team is looking for an ITSM consultant to deliver the contents of the related roadmap. This consultant needs to have experience with the SPM module of Service Now, and able to set it up and configure it.
Objectives & Deliverables
Design of ITSM service processes, related policies and KPIs.
Training Workshops for IT teams, awareness materials for stakeholders.
Processes & KPIs follow up and compliance audits.
Configuration of Service Now / SPM module configuration according to the ITSM processes defined.
