Role
One of our clients is seeking a (Senior) Retail Business Development Manager to drive growth within the fast-expanding Digital Grocery and Retail sector in Belgium.
This is a high-impact commercial role focused on developing and managing strategic partnerships with major grocery and convenience retailers. You will play a key role in shaping market leadership in a rapidly growing vertical.

The Retail & Grocery team is responsible for defining strategic vision, acquiring top-tier partners, and accelerating growth across Belgium's digital grocery ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
Source, negotiate, and close partnerships with major grocery and convenience retailers
Build strong, long-term commercial relationships
Position tailored solutions aligned with partner objectives
Strategic Account Growth
Identify expansion opportunities and drive renewals
Develop long-term account strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize partner performance
Sales Forecasting & Performance
Manage and report accurate sales forecasts
Achieve and exceed revenue and quota targets
Contribute strategic insights to leadership
Executive Engagement
Engage C-level and senior stakeholders
Present data-driven solutions and strategic growth plans
Navigate complex sales cycles within enterprise retail environments
What You Bring
3+ years of sales experience
Proven expertise in grocery, retail, convenience, or FMCG sectors
Experience partnering with senior sales leadership
Advanced English and fluency in French and Dutch
Strong negotiation, presentation, and listening skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
What Is Offered
Competitive salary (€70k–€88k OTE) with uncapped bonus
Hybrid model: 1 day in the field, 2 days in Brussels office, 2 days remote
