Landscape architect

About the Role:

As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, integrating natural and built environments to enhance community living and environmental sustainability. Minimum Qualifications:

• Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Landscape Architect in the United States.
• Proficiency in landscape design software such as SketchUp and other architectural drawing tools.
• Strong understanding of land use planning, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings and project submittals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design.
• Experience working on mixed-use development projects.
• Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and 3D modeling software.
• Knowledge of native plant species and ecological restoration techniques.
• Certification in sustainable design practices such as LEED or SITES.
