Front Office Supervisor


Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong is a leading business hotel on Hong Kong Island, offering an intimate conference room space and complimentary shuttle service to nearby corporate hubs. Many of our guest rooms and suites boasts picturesque views of the nearby Victoria Harbour and beyond, allowing our guests to soak in the scene in Sai Ying Pun. We're located a six-minute walk away from the MTR subway – HKU station of Island Line where guests could travel with ease to our downtown Hong Kong hotel.

Responsibilities Include
Assist to manage the daily operation of the Front Office Department and maintain the high standard of services
Resolve guest complaints and follow up on guest requests promptly according to the established standards
Ensure complete guest satisfaction in room assignment
Act as shift-in-charge to handle emergency situations in a professional manner
Act as Manager-on-duty during the absence of the management team to ensure smooth and orderly operation of the Hotel
Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key
Handle other duty as assigned by management
Requirements Include
Proficient in written and spoken English & fluent in Mandarin speaking
Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
Good problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
Able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Front Office Supervisor
