Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Hong Kong SAR with flexibility to work remotely. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining and strengthening relationships to drive customer retention, and addressing customer concerns proactively. The role includes analyzing customer needs and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality experience for clients. Qualifications Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Proficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Retention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a hybrid work environment Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a customer success or account management capacity Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
