Founded in 2025, Dalton raised €1M from founders who built Collibra, Henchman, Teamleader, and Aikido. We have 20+ customers seeing real business impact and strong inbound flow. Now we need someone who can generate more pipeline and close key deals.

The Role

You'll be our first dedicated sales hire, building our sales engine from the ground up. You'll close inbound leads, hunt key accounts through outbound, activate agency partnerships, and handle white-glove onboarding for enterprise customers.


What You'll Do

  • Close inbound opportunities from demo through negotiation
  • Build outbound pipeline for key accounts
  • Co-sell with agency partners and enable them to sell Dalton
  • Manage enterprise onboarding and key account relationships
  • Build sales processes, tools, and collateral as we scale
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting in CRM
  • Work directly with founders on deal strategy and market feedback


What We Need

  • B2B SaaS sales experience with proven results
  • Full-cycle sales capability (prospecting through close)
  • Comfortable demoing technical products
  • Hungry, self-motivated, execution-focused
  • Experience with e-commerce, marketing, or growth teams (plus)
  • Agency partnership or channel sales background (plus)
  • Early-stage startup experience building from scratch (plus)
