As a Stock Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of inventory management within our warehouse operations. You will act as the key link between procurement, logistics, and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels and support a seamless supply chain. Monitor and maintain precise stock records across all systems, ensuring real-time visibility of inventory. Stock Audits & Compliance ~ Track and validate stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and dispatches, to guarantee timely and accurate flows. Data Analysis & Reporting ~ Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and planning teams to optimise stock flow and support production schedules. Identify inefficiencies in stock control processes and propose solutions to enhance accuracy and reduce costs. Uphold all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in stock handling and documentation. Packaging Manage packaging material procurement, including the creation and tracking of purchase orders (POs) Coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability, quality, and on‑time delivery of packaging components Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory or stock management, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage. Proficiency in inventory management systems and advanced Excel. Works effectively with warehouse, planning, and procurement teams to maintain smooth stock operations. Maintains high accuracy in stock records and audits, ensuring zero tolerance for errors. Responds positively to operational changes, seasonal fluctuations, and urgent stock requirements. Analyses root causes of stock variances and implements corrective actions promptly. Conveys information clearly and professionally to internal teams and external partners. Shows passion for delivering accurate and efficient stock control.
