What You'll Do

Translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality of information

Monitor and test solutions, gather feedback, and ensure successful implementation

Contribute to innovative projects and explore new technologies

Your Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Functional/Technical Analyst, Business Analyst)

Strong expertise in requirements analysis and translating needs into tangible deliverables (features, user stories, acceptance criteria)

Interest or affinity for Artificial Intelligence

Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum, modeling, requirements management, and testing

Strong technical understanding and curiosity for innovative tools

Fluent in French and English

Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is a plus
