📍 Belgium | Executive Leadership Role

A global leader in digital transformation is seeking a forward-thinking Industry Consulting Partner to lead high-impact engagements within the public sector.

This is a senior, client-facing leadership role combining deep industry expertise, executive advisory capability, and strong commercial ownership. You will partner with public sector organizations to define, design, and deliver large-scale business and IT transformation programs.

As a senior member of the Consulting leadership team, you will:

• Act as a trusted C-suite advisor (COO, CIO, CTO, CDO) on digital and business transformation
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Data & AI, Cloud & Platforms, and enterprise modernisation
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy within the public sector
• Own Consulting P&L (revenue and margin) on key accounts
• Drive business development, identifying and converting high-value consulting opportunities
• Develop long-term strategic account plans aligned with client objectives
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable, outcome-driven results
• Build executive relationships and strengthen positioning within the public sector
• Collaborate with ecosystem and industry partners to deliver integrated solutions

Your Profile

• 15+ years of experience in management or technology consulting
• Strong background in Digital Strategy, IT-enabled Transformation, and Industry Consulting
• Deep understanding of Data & AI, Cloud & Hyperscalers, Process Excellence, Regulatory environments, and Business Transformation
• Proven ability to influence and build trust at C-level
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning or contributing to P&L
• Existing network within the Belgian public sector
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
