📌 Role Overview
– Sales leader for the Belgium SMB & Mid-Market segment
– Directly managing 3 BDMs (AEs) and 3 Account Managers
– Ownership of growing BE ARR from €8M to €15M within 3–4 years
– Mix of inbound and outbound sales, with a strong push on scaling outbound in mid-market
– Coaching-first role with full ownership of pipeline, forecasting, CRM discipline, and rep development

🎯 Must Haves
– 5–10 years experience in B2B SaaS sales (closing roles)
– 2–5 years of people management experience
– Proven success selling into SMB and mid-market
– Strong background in both inbound and outbound sales motions
– Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
– Dutch (Flemish) language proficiency
– Based in or able to work from Antwerp 2–3 days per week
⭐ Nice to Haves
– Experience in Belgian SaaS or tech sales (IT or public sector a plus)
– French language skills
– Background in CX, ITSM, or service-oriented software
– Exposure to multiple verticals or business models
💶 Compensation
– Up to €130K – €190K OTE (60/40 split) + company car
