The Customer Operations Specialist FMCG is overseeing the end-to-end order-to-cash process and acting as the operational bridge between customers and internal teams. This role supports retail, Out of Home, and Food Solutions customers while ensuring smooth logistics and service execution across diverse supply chains. You will collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, finance, marketing, and planning teams to drive reliable delivery performance and continuous improvement. In addition, you will coach a team while strengthening customer partnerships and operational excellence.
