Job Description
Develop and implement territory business plans and KOL engagement strategies to achieve sustainable sales growth and meet business objectives
Work closely with marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of new product launch plans. Assist in pre-launch activities such as territory readiness, customer segmentation and engagement
Identify new business opportunities, gather market intelligence, and perform competitor analysis
Consolidate and analyze data to prepare reports and action plans for business development
Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals (HCPs) with clear objectives and deliver key product messages
Review sales performance and provide accurate forecasting; identify challenges and support the sales team in daily operations
Foster teamwork and collaboration within the team to maximize synergy
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, HCPs, and business partners to ensure long-term growth
Work closely with marketing and medical teams to execute initiatives that drive product awareness, interest, and engagement among targeted customers
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a science-related discipline
Experience in dermatology/ skincare or immunology-biologics portfolio is highly advantageous
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Results-driven with strong planning, analytical, and reporting skills
Self-motivated, independent, and equipped with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; proven experience in KOL management
Demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver exceptional customer experience
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
Candidates with solid supervisory and leadership experience may be considered for the Sales Supervisor position
