Role Overview
We are seeking a Retail Partnerships Manager to support and grow large-scale partnerships within the grocery, retail, and convenience sectors in Belgium.
This role focuses on managing strategic accounts, driving long-term commercial growth, and expanding partnerships in the rapidly evolving digital grocery and retail market. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with major grocery, retail, and convenience partners
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic accounts
Align platform solutions with partner objectives through a tailored, consultative approach
Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
Drive long-term account growth, including expansion and renewal opportunities
Engage with senior and executive-level stakeholders to understand business needs
Achieve and exceed agreed commercial targets
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or commercial roles
Proven experience within retail, grocery, convenience, FMCG, or marketplace environments
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
High level of professionalism, ownership, and collaboration
Fluent French and Dutch with advanced English proficiency
Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive total compensation range of €70,000 – €88,000 OTE, including uncapped performance bonus
