One of our clients is hiring a Senior Commercial Growth Manager to drive restaurant acquisition and commercial growth across Antwerp, their most strategic region in Flanders.
About the Role
You will combine field acquisition, strategic negotiations, and relationship management to strengthen market leadership and expand high-quality partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire high-potential restaurant partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and close long-term agreements
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy
- Maintain strong partner relationships and act as trusted advisor
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional and Brussels-based teams
Ideal Qualifications
- Proven B2B or field sales experience (horeca/e-commerce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Entrepreneurial, target-driven mindset
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- Based in or near Antwerp
